Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fomins (Pepper Jacks Food Private Limited)

1. Order Cancellations

By the User: You may cancel an order without any charges at any time before the

company accepts your order. However, you cannot cancel an order once it has been

accepted by Fomins.

By Fomins: The company reserves the right to cancel your order (partially or fully)

due to reasons such as product unavailability, shortages, or force majeure events. If

Fomins cancels your order, you will not be charged, and any payment already made

will be refunded to you.

Failed Cash on Delivery (CoD): If you opt for CoD and fail to make the complete

payment upon delivery, Fomins can refuse the delivery, treat the order as cancelled,

and reserves the right to charge and recover the delivery or other fees from you

towards the cost incurred on such delivery attempt.

2. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only under the following specific conditions:

The wrong item was delivered to you.

The items were substantially damaged, or their quality was deteriorated at the time of

delivery.

Strict Condition: No exchanges or returns will be accepted if the product packaging

has been opened, or if the product has been used or consumed, even partially.

Products must remain sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be made on the same day of

delivery. Requests made on the day following the delivery will strictly not be

accepted.

3. How to Request a Return/Refund

You must initiate the exchange or return on the Fomins Platform or by contacting

customer care.

You are required to provide requisite proofs, including images of the products

demonstrating the issues.

Fomins may request that you dispose of the products for which a refund has been

processed rather than returning them physically.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once you initiate a return or cancellation, Fomins will verify the products and the

related documents.

Upon successful verification and confirmation of your request, the eligible refund

amount will be processed within seven (7) business days.

After the refund is initiated, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your

bank account, subject to the terms and conditions of your financial institution or

payment gateway service provider.
